The 42-acre farm provides a perfect backdrop for all kinds of events. From birthday parties to wedding receptions, the Farm gives a rustic feel and comfortable service to execute your event smoothly and you will have a memorable experience at Cecil Creek Farm. Every detail of the event is customizable to meet your likes and dislikes.
Its heated and air-conditioned indoor facilities ensure a comfortable room temperature for your reception, regardless of the outside weather. The seasonal menus provide each event with local, organic, and handmade selections of grass-fed, pasture-raised meats and dairy, wild-caught seafood, and the freshest handmade selections from local artisans to complement the recipes served in a rustic setting that feels like home.
Seating at the Farm:
The seating at the farm is by the table. A table can accommodate ten to twenty guests, which means if you have an intimate gathering with such a guest count, you are the only table in the restaurant and have all the attention of the staff. The Chef, Host, and Waitstaff are there to serve and make your guests feel special.
To book such a reservation, you must submit a hold payment of $200 in advance. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. The cancellation policy is also mentioned in the following section.
Bookings and Cancellation Policy:
Since Cecil Creek Farm offers fresh food items from their organic farm, bookings must be made beforehand. They have to make sure that the crops on your menu are available. The anticipated menu can be customized based on your needs and preferences. A slight change at the last minute should be expected due to availability issues or any natural calamity to the crops. The following are the per-person prices:
- The price is $150 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity for the 8-course dinner.
- The price is $125 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity for the 5-course dinner.
Regarding the refund policy, you can receive a full refund if you cancel seven days before the event. There will be no refund if you cancel with less than seven days' notice. If you notice them when there are less than seven months, there will be no refund. It's not inconvenient for customers but a legitimate requirement. Executing one successful event takes a lot of planning, resources, time, and energy. So cancellations at the last opportunity will leave the Farm at a loss.
